The book was a fairly good story line. Did not set my heart too pounding but did maintain my interest. The narration was disappointing.

Need to clean up sound
Reviewed: 04-19-23
I love these old radio shows. However, if Audible is going to play them, they need to clean up the audio where you can hear them plainly. I appreciate Audible adding them as a service. I have been a member of Audible for a long time and I enjoy my membership.

There is no greater storyline
Reviewed: 11-26-21
There is no greater and more appreciated storyline than of ones family. The shared experiences of family, an appreciation of the contribution made to ones life through the sacrifice and love of parents. The ups and the downs , the joy as well as the sadness, yet it takes each and every instance to create the story of life. Life is neither good or bad, it is just life. It is the choices we make with what we are given that determines what our life will be. Thank you Ron and Clint for your willingness to share with us your life. It was a wonderful literary journey of which I enjoyed immensely. You see I grew up with you both. May God continue to bless you both as you live life through the values instilled in you by your parents.

Thunder dogs, is this the end?
Reviewed: 10-04-21
Thunder Dogs was a good book. I gave the story four stars because the author waited until the story was half way through before the character Eli Cusetta was introduced. But then it was his story to tell. Kirk Mitchell is a good storyteller and I enjoy his books.

Story
Overthinking isn't a personality trait. It's the sneakiest form of fear. It steals time, creativity, and goals. It's the most expensive, least productive thing companies invest in without even knowing it. And it's an epidemic. When New York Times best-selling author Jon Acuff changed his life by transforming his overthinking, he wondered if other people might benefit from what he discovered. He commissioned a research study to ask 10,000 people if they struggle with overthinking too, and 99.5 percent said, "Yes!"

Alabama is my Home
Reviewed: 07-19-20
Alabama is my Home. I was, born here and have lived all of my adult life here except for 2 years. One of the things I enjoyed most about this book, I could visualize the characters, the places, even the cultural nuances. I traveled Highway 82 to Tuscaloosa for over 10 years. First because my daughter graduated from the University of Alabama. Later as a recruiter from an engineering firm hiring graduating college engineers. I have eaten at the Wayfarer and the Cypress. Good story-line as I still believe good triumphs evil and justice is served.
