Story
Half-hidden by forest and overshadowed by threatening peaks, Le Sommet has always been a sinister place. Long plagued by troubling rumors, the former abandoned sanatorium has since been renovated into a five-star minimalist hotel. An imposing, isolated getaway spot high up in the Swiss Alps is the last place Elin Warner wants to be. But Elin's taken time off from her job as a detective, so when her estranged brother, Isaac, and his fiancée, Laure, invite her to celebrate their engagement at the hotel, Elin really has no reason not to accept.

Narrator is lovely

The narrator is lovely and really brought the story to life. I am I lover of thrillers and this one was decent. not the best, not the worst but a good one overall. The ending is kind of ehh.

Great book and intense story! Sadly it was excruciating to listen to this narrator but i kept going so not to waste money. I will actively avoid this narrator.
Save your money and read it if you can.

A little predictable

Lots of sex, but loved the plot twist ending. Narrator sounds like siri and it is extremely distracting. I will make sure that I don’t listen to another story with that narrator. I would have preferred to read this.
