Story
Jason and his companions managed to forestall the inexorable undead, but their battle is far from done. Both they and their enemies are scattered across a strange realm, one that someone must conquer if anyone is to get out alive. Territory by territory, factions fight to reunite their people and conquer the realm. Jason must contend with alliances he doesn’t want, friends he cannot find, and enemies ranging from angelic despots to the power of an undead god. He must face a realm that has been warped by his own mind and find a way to save a friend whose sacrifice got them this far.

Amazing Characters!
Reviewed: 08-02-24
The characters are the driving force of this story. The plot is great but the character are the best because they keep growing. Not only in strength but in personality. And my love for them is endless. Sure Jason is the MC but he is only the framework. Part 2 with all the side stories was where I was hit in the feels. And Clive's Wife Jokes are the freaking laughter we all need.

Story
Calladia Cunnington knows she’s rough around the edges, despite being the heir to one of small-town Glimmer Falls’ founding witch families. While her gym obsession is a great outlet for her anxieties and anger, her hot temper still gets the best of her and manifests in bar brawls. When Calladia saves someone from a demon attack one night, though, she’s happy to put her magic and rage to good use . . . until she realizes the man she saved is none other than Astaroth, the ruthless demon who orchestrated a soul bargain on her best friend.

The characters feel so real even in the fantasy setting. This is what a sequel should be. It makes you happy to return to Glammer Falls and excited to find out more is to come.
I appreciate that there is a strong female lead that does not have to weaken herself for the male lead. She has learned from past experiences and is staying true to herself. I too have been told I am too much for people, that I should come with a warning label. It is always nice to relate to a character that is unapologetically themselves.
Enjoy the fantasy but learn from the characters.

Story
Arwyn has just purchased Fantasia: Fantasy Life, an immersive virtual-reality game that allows sleeping players to dive into a world of sword and sorcery with 99% realism. In Fantasia, Arwyn is Fey E’lan, a moon elf of the magical Elvenwood, whose unorthodox approach to gameplay—from befriending local monsters to putting a bag of holding inside a bag of holding—leads to a variety of unusual adventures and hilarious mishaps.

I am in love with this world. I am in love with the characters. There has been growth in the characters both on good paths and bad paths. They feel real and I want good things for them. And we need stuffed Stash dragons on the market.

Story
While humans lost their knowledge of magic and monsters, the Ironwoods have been fighting against evil for centuries. While gods, fae, and magicians turned into tall tales and ghost stories, the Ironwoods became the stuff of legends themselves. Now, with Morrigan’s Generals free again in the world, the Ironwoods are going to need all their training—and their new fae brothers—to stop them. This box set collects all four stories of the Ironwood women as they get into plenty of trouble, slay their enemies, and find true love.

I need more of this world! it is addictive and I listened to the Wrath of the Fae Princes and then this one. I simply enjoyed the bad ass women. The men are not only okay with their women being strong but are willing to step back and let them be the heroes.

Story
Magic is real. Shifters exist. Trixie Russell knows this. Everyone does. But no one told her about the monster lurking in the basement of the dragon’s castle. Not until it was too late. Victor Petrov is ancient, and vampires his age should not lose control of their hunger. And yet that’s exactly the problem that landed him chained in a dragon’s dungeon. Then in walks a human female with cotton candy hair who smells like sunshine, her pulse a sweet melody in his parched ears, and the fragile thread of his control snaps. Again.

I am freaking addicted. You will fall in love with the characters and you will want more of them. Kira and Max are best friend goals. And none of the characters feel like secondary throwaways. Every blooming relationship feels natural and I want another one.
The performance is done so well. I was looking for books read by him when I found this one. And I have recommended it to several lit-rpg friends. Spend your credit. Listen to the book. And get in trouble with those around you for laughing or gasping and just being overly wrapped up in the story

Story
Smart men never dabble with demons. I never claimed to be smart, but at least, I’m powerful enough to control them. When I bound Havoc to me nearly 300 years ago, I never realized how difficult he’d make my life, although “accidentally” lighting him on fire every now and then does bring a smile to my face. Havoc is handsome, mysterious, and somehow, my closest companion, even if we don’t always get along.

Now the site of EBO’s first completed Red Cathedral, the Onyx Delta has become the center of the virtual world, and the entire player base is descending on Ned’s city to try their hand at the fearsome new raid and reap the game-changing rewards within. At the same time, a powerful, menacing guild is running roughshod over the western continents, razing every city in their wake and winning Frank’s obnoxiously loud approval from afar.
