Story
Did I think I was going to fall for my coach's daughter? The answer would be no. I'm still unclear on how I got into this predicament in the first place. A year ago, I was a man with one thought on his mind, the redhead I met at a hotel bar. Twelve months later, I found her. Unfortunately for me, she not only happens to be my very off-limits coach's daughter, but also . . . my new assistant and roommate.

The digital computer reading the book sucks!
Reviewed: 01-07-24
Instead of definitely it said Defiantly... Many times you had to rewind and listen again because the computer did not do a good job reading the book. Which is kind of a bummer because the book itself had good content. I might even buy another book from this author just to see if the computer reading is what made it so terrible.

A little hard to believe.

I look forward to every new Stone Barrington novel. I must say that this one kept me questioning the logic. Over and over Stone and friends kept taking risks that for their characters were not substantiated. It I was a lawyer and an ex cop. And I had all the money I would ever need, Why would I risk everything for 10 million dollars over and over and over.. It just does not compute.

Story
Stella Lane thinks math is the only thing that unites the universe. She comes up with algorithms to predict customer purchases - a job that has given her more money than she knows what to do with as well as way less experience in the dating department than the average 30-year-old. It doesn't help that she has Asperger's and that French kissing reminds her of a shark getting its teeth cleaned by pilot fish. She decides that she needs lots of practice - with a professional - which is why she hires escort Michael Phan.

Too Hot to Stop
Reviewed: 12-01-21
I'm not usually a Romance listener, I am more of a mystery and Suspense kind of person. I was looking for a book quickly in between flights at an airport and the title made me curious. That was it. once I started, I could hardly stop. The intimate scenes in this book are very well written and the characters well thought out. Autism is real and very hard to understand and the author did an excellent job of pointing out the differences between people who have autism and people who don't. I was impressed. And my opinion, man or woman you can not help but be turned on by this book ...

Kay Willingham led a life as glamorous as it was public - she was a gorgeous Georgetown socialite, philanthropist, and the ex-wife of the vice president. So why was she parked in a Bentley convertible idling behind a DC private school, in the middle of the night, with the man who was the head of that school? Who shot them both, point blank, and why? The shocking double homicide is blazed across the internet, TV, newspapers - and across Alex Cross's mind. Kay had been his patient once. And maybe more.
