Great Read

Gave great insight into getting started in Real Estate. Explained highs and lows, along with common missteps made by new agents. Gave great insight into funding a mentor as well. really enjoyed it

Great book for agents new and experienced

I bought this book based on the author’s reputation on Bigger Pockets. I just started a team and have hired a brand new agent! Once I was in two chapters I started bragging to my coach and other agents about how terrific this book is! I purchased my new agent the audio and hard copy versions! To be a part of our growing team you must read this book !!! It’s filled with guidance and structure to set the path to real estate success! Great job David! Love it.

Fantastic!

Just in rolled to get my real estate license and my husband picked this out for me to get me started. It was absolutely everything I could have asked for and more! Easy to understand and follow along. Great tips. He leaves nothing for himself he gives it all to you. What a gift! But this!

Best book for the new Agent.

I loved it. Full of inspiration and pertinent information for my new career. I can't wait for the next one. Building a business and multiple funding streams. Great job.

Brillant and life changing!

I really gained alot of usefjl insight from this book and I am not even in Real Estate! I shared it with several Real Estate Agents that I know and will continue to do so because there is tremendous value in this book. It covered alot of useful points that I am already aware of and added useful insight usjng brillant storytelling. It is the book that should be a staple for any sales professional and entrepreneurially - minded person - even if you are not in Real Estate.

1st read for any real estate agent

Great book on what it takes to make it in real estate and worth reading/listening to even if you're experienced, I'm 7 years in and sold 55 homes with my buyer's agent last year and found myself taking notes and pulling nuggets out of each chapter. 1/2 way through listening I bought a stack to give to new agents and those considering getting into the business. There's a huge disconnect from perception to reality in what it takes to succeed in this business and to be a part of the 17% that make it past 2 years. This book does a great job of bridging that gap and giving newly licensed agents the road map to thrive. Looking forward to the 2nd book in the series...

Learn the truth about real estate- it’s a life changer. There are very real applicable advise from lead Gen managing fears on all sides, to get to the ultimate goal- sold!!!

If you are a new or struggling agent this is the book for you!

I’m one year into the business as a realtor.
As many of you know, in our field it can be difficult to navigate when staring off. Not knowing where to spend your time and how to spend your time most productively as an agent. I think this book helped me connect a lot of missing dots. After reading I scored 2 new clients at an open house. One I currently have under contract. Thank you David Greene for the value of content you placed in this book! This is one of the best I’ve read yet. Well done.
