Very inspiring

The book is well-structured and guidelines are easy to follow. It is eye opening. It would be great if there would be a version narrated by the Author himself.

I Bow in Awe.

As a die hard FBI fan, I was sold from the get go. So imagine my delight when I found the information wasn't just a rehash of heroic stories, but bursting with useful guidance on negotiations for both life and death situations and everyday life goals. I just love it when I'm right. Again! A massive thanks to Chris for sharing his expertise with mere mortals such as myself.

Great read and insightful

I really enjoyed the book and enjoyed the narration. The book kept me engaged and I realized that some of my colleagues had already used some of these tactics on me in various scenarios. I look forward to practicing the testing the methods described in the book.

Great Book!

I love the book however I’m disappointed that Chris Voss did not do the audio himself. He has the perfect tone for a audiobook. The narrator did a great job but the voice behind the book was missing.

A Must Read

This is a must read book.

The use of how questions,
The use of labels,
The Ackerman haggling method,
The late night DJ voice.

It's got important insights into how to get people engaged and how to negotiate well.

I highly recommend this book, to everyone.
