Loved it!

The concepts were easy and straight forward. The narrator stumbled on his words some, but I found it more relatable honestly. I plan to listen to it again!

Good information terrible narration

Great information but narration gets worse and worse as time goes. Narrator sounded like he has a sinus infection, he sometimes “stutter” over a word and then almost skip over it. Also, you can hear background noise which was distracting.

I liked this book a lot because it gave you exercises to practice. It did not only explain how to be more emotionally intelligent and overall productive in your life but it also showed you how and I wrote down every exercise and used it in my everyday life which helped. If I ever stopped doing something I would go back to the book air review the exercises.

So simplified, entirely unhelpful.

This felt like a report from a high schooler who read a couple popular self-help books.

The found nothing new, multiple inaccuracies and it lacking new perspective.

I don’t know what is written in the book, but the narrator referred to Mel Robbins as he.
