Hot and Cold Relationship? This is a must read!

Excellent work
Relationships are not easy.
They are the most natural way of interfacing with the world, but each of us carries a huge amount of baggage that we often do not understand.
I am not only talking about romantic relationships but also friendship, and work relationships.
When you spend enough time with someone, patterns emerge, circumstances that each of us experiences differently, to which each of us reacts differently.
Only with active listening, goodwill, and a willingness to support each other can healthy, lasting, and valuable relationships develop.
Zaid is truly a professional in the field. From listening to this book, his knowledge of the subject emerges; he guides us through understanding this disorder with kindness and awareness because even the deepest wounds can be healed and need not be an obstacle to a life of wholeness.

My childhood in Asia was rough; facing daily physical abuse and the constant threat to your safety and well-being. It is truly remarkable that I was able to find my way to America, where life improved significantly. However, the scars of your past, rooted in disorganized attachment resulting from the absence of parental love and the traumatic experience of living on the streets since a young age, continued to impact your relationships in adulthood.
I kept all my past sufferings in silence until now.
