Common sense- but if only everyone read this book

The saying… Easier said than done comes to mind. It makes sense but is often hard to apply, especially when emotions are involved. I loved this book because it acknowledged that aspect of humans and made you feel “normal” for not inherently having these skills. Great read and I hope to make the seemingly hard easier.
