Enjoyable Book

I have always been on the verge of anxiety, as long as I can remember, even as a little kid. That has not changed into adulthood, but I mostly managed to keep it in somehow.

Excellent book

I thought the book read more like an article, everything was clinically laid out from defining your stress and anxiety to possible solutions for them. I prefer a more tied together book to address having stress or possible solutions.
