Good not Great!

I've followed the GE series for quite some time. this story is good but not the best. The battle scene at the end is a little boring and drawn out of special ops combat salivating. another bridge story leading to what I do not know. Too many bridge books. let's get to the point or at least feed me some meat of the overall plot. I'll buy the next book because I've been following to long to let go now.

A simulation!!! 😳

Wow! This book is different! At first it was kind of hard to listen to but I'm sure glad I stuck with it. Everything of the story tells a story which at the end is only a simulation. loved the limited action in here which kept me interested. Im curious on how the next book will go. can't wait...

Great Story with different perspective

Overall this is a good book. When I read the reviews and people complain about the White Supremisit said at every turn is not true. Yes they do say it and it is the base line for the story. Only sensitive people who think it may apply to them would not like it. As for the content, the storyline moved really fast but kept details of character building in it. There were some WTF moments with goof humor to keep it interesting. This is a good bridge book to listen to between some if the other major sci-fi novels that have multiple series. cliff hanger at the end made out to keep the story going. Get it!

Great Story

This was an awesome story. Im a sci-fi guy so this was a little off the path. Mostly here because RC Bray was the reader. I loved following Charlie Harrison from a newbie submariner and to becoming a legend. This is a must read.....or listen too

Truly Majestic

Where do you begin on rating this book. its a true adventure, horror, western, suspense and drama some how wrapped into a sci-fi thriller. RC Bray truly brought the entire story together with his many voices.

At times things could be confusing initially with thr many characters but I pressed on and got a lot of familiarity with the characters.

Mavericks story continues

I was originally skeptical to listen to another Mavericks storyline but Craig Alison did not dispute. The combination of RC Bray narration and his story made for a great listen. I gave the story 4 stars because it tends to get caught up into irrelevant details. I guess this is good character building and helps prep for a TV series later. What's great about the book that at the end it ties the main series storyline in. I've already preordered Expeditionary Force: Critical Mass which releases in a few days. The Valkyrie story had a major cliff hanger that pissed me off because it would another year or before the next book to come out. I cant wait to continue to overall story. This book hinted to a book 3 so I most definitely will be on the look out for that one. Keep the story going sir.....truly enjoy it.

Epic Story Continues

Great book. it took me awhile to finish it as my commute to work was shorter for the first time in awhile. However it woke me up with some of the action scenes which had my heart racing with excitement and sometimes with worry that my favorite character was going to be brutally killed.....what a twist in a story that keeps getting better. I immediately downloaded the next book.

One knock at the story as the author gets to caught up into telling how badass the characters are...I kind of zoned out at times. Then realized every detailed came back up later in the book especially if you can visualize what's happening. Two books to go.....wow. Awesome!!
