I would put these on as my kid and I would be in his bed, trying to put him to sleep. I noticed these were great on any day but especially the hard days for both of us. The next day it felt like a restart instead of a continuation of the emotions from yesterday.

I loved the way this book showed me "small picture." As in, looking at the small stuff like vitamins and minerals makes all the difference! The "big stuff" is because the "small stuff" hasn't been handled for awhile and is calling for our attention. Beautiful!

He had no idea what to expect really (he didnt even know about the fourth trimester) and this book gave him the ABCs and the 123s on how to be a supportive partner and parent through it all. I've been going through a REALLY hard time in 2023 and wanted to start my 2024 right. Been listening to these affirmations of joy and in the beginning I just... It was hard to connect to them, you know? But then I heard about how you have to embody the affirmations - move your body, say them out loud with confidence, and you have to BELIEVE them.
