Bit boring

It's just so boring. I've read more books than I can count by this author and enjoyed them. She's really talented. But this one, I'm struggling to get through. The romance isn't really there. The smuts not really there. The action isn't really there. It just keep going on. Things happen to characters I care nothing about. Narration is superb as always.

Cute spicy story, worth the credit. Generally I like longer listens, and rarely revisit, probably will with this one. Not my typical read but I really enjoyed this.

Decent. Worth the credit.

Gotta be honest. The narrators fine for the majority of the book. It's the spicy scenes she kills. Just no emotion. Rather flat. This isn't the authors best work, but ultimately I enjoyed it for what it was. As long as you go into it expecting it for what it is, then you'll enjoy it. I like their work. It's not the best writing or plot in the world, but I'm not looking for that.

Amazing book great narration

Looking forward to more from this author and narrator. I unlike most, enjoy scifi/fantasy. But this book isn't about that. It's more of a catalyst for the romance, which is built up well and includes an excellent spicy scene. Writing is superb. Narrator rivals Abby Craden IMHO.

Everyone's right

Everyone's right. Great book, great story, great narration, great writing. I didn't want to read it at first. Whether it was because I thought I already knew the story from the previous books, or because I knew it was going to be good so I wanted to save it. To savor it. So glad to have had the opportunity to experience this book, these characters, this story in my life.

Consistently left me wanting for more

Consistently left me wanting for more. Still not sure if that's a good thing or not. Noyes is a great writer. The premise is interesting enough. The performance was good. But I still can't decide what this books was supposed to be. Not exactly romance. Not exactly thriller. It sort of fell short on both ends. Hence, I want more. I'd definitely read the sequel, but I don't think this will ever develop into one of my favorite books or series. I'd recommend any of the other books she's written instead.

One of the best

Honestly shocked. Knew it was a great author and narrator, wasn't intrigued by the story at all, but because of what I did know, I gave it a shot. And wow. Great writing, great narration, great story, and possibly the best spicy scene I've come across in the past 100 books or so I've consumed. If you're on the edge, take the chance you won't regret.

Sort of unfufilling

At the end of the day, I just feel unfulfilled after finishing this book. I kept holding out waiting to be sucked in by the characters like i have been by previous books by these authors, but it didn't happen for me this time. Still, I really enjoy what I've read by these authors so far and would recommend them if you're interested in Bdsm and lesbian erotica.
