Historia
Discover the outbound sales process that, in just a few years, helped add $100 million in recurring revenue to Salesforce.com, almost doubling their enterprise growth...with zero cold calls. This is NOT another book about how to cold call or close deals. This is an entirely new kind of sales bible for CEOs, entrepreneurs and sales VPs to help you build a sales machine.

Only useful for brand new salespeople

From the hype, I thought this book was going to provide some revolutionary new way of generating revenue. It did not. Anyone with experience in sales and marketing should already know this book's contents. I want a refund.

Historia
How many self-help books are written by authors whose biggest success is selling self-help books? Three Simple Steps is different. Despite stock market crashes, dot-com busts, and the specter of recession, the author started a virtual company from home, using a few thousand dollars of his savings. A few years later, without ever hiring an employee or leaving his home office, he sold it for more than $100 million. As the economy slipped into another free fall, he did this again with a company in a different field. He accomplished this through no particular genius.

Snake oil "manifesting" nonsense
Revisado: 08-29-22
I thought this was going to be a book about entrepreneurial business strategy, but it ended up being a self-help guru garbage rag.
Anytime you hear someone like this conjuring concepts from quantum physics or other scientific principles, run -- run as fast as you can. The practice of misapplying scientific principles to justify your nonsensical manifesting drivel it's called pseudoscience, or snake oil science. in other words, don't trust it.
I'm sure he had a lot of success in his life, but he's yet another author who habitually mistakes coincidence for providence, correlation with causation, and then pushes the idea that everything he did is the cause of everything he obtained and that as long as you do exactly as he did you should obtain the same. This completely ignores the fact of opportunity, context, and so many other factors that affect a person's ability or probability of success in any given venture.
Many of his stories of coincidence end with "and everyone was so happy they did something extra for us." Ssssssnnnnnake oil!

Historia
One of the 20th century's enduring works, One Hundred Years of Solitude is a widely beloved and acclaimed novel known throughout the world and the ultimate achievement in a Nobel Prize-winning career. The novel tells the story of the rise and fall of the mythical town of Macondo through the history of the Buendía family. Rich and brilliant, it is a chronicle of life, death, and the tragicomedy of humankind. In the beautiful, ridiculous, and tawdry story of the Buendía family, one sees all of humanity, just as in the history, myths, growth, and decay of Macondo, one sees all of Latin America.

Great book, why not read by Columbian?
Revisado: 07-30-20
Loved the book. Lyrical and vivid. Should have been read by someone with Colombian accent.
