A serious disapointment

I love this series but this novella portrays a character I love in the regular series as a winy selfish person far from the heroic person in the regular series. This is an awful addition to the series.

ruin of a good series

nothing but a teenaage sex haliquin. first book in the series was good. this book should have been a novella and could have benefited from not having hours of teenage fantasy sex and the characters lusting after each other and constantly wanting to jump into bed. it would have been good if it was directed to the action part and the developing relationship of the main character love (and sex ) life but 2 hours of the book could easily been cut out. I will not finish what looked like a promising series.

None of the parts were 5 star but the combination is very close. Very good listen and I am just starting the second book. Very enjoyable. I listen to over 200 a year and this was well above average.

i found the amount of prejudice somewhat over the top but it was necessary, it is after all fiction. A great narration to a very original series. I read books one and two strait through and I have attention deficit disorder(joke) and never do that. The rest of the series on audible PLEASE.

A good story with good characters. The bad guys all die which is nice for a change. I hope the rest of this series is put on audible and the pricing needs to stay reasonable. I would not have bought it if the 3 1/2 hours were priced at the price of a full book.

not having such an over the top government conspiracy with investigators who disobey the law and more important having people tortured and killed on the popes direct order.
