Pregnancy can be a scary time for a first time dad, you don't really know what to expect but it happens quick and you don't have much to do but to go through it. This is a great resource for a new time father teaching everything you'll need to know through the pregnancy from the first trimester on. The accompanying workbook made the whole thing incredibly easy to digest I really appreciated it.
