Sharyl Atkisson didn’t win multiple Emmy awards and enjoy a long career at both CNN and CBS News by being an average news reporter. She made a name for herself early on by being a hard-hitting but fair-minded investigative writer whose main focus was always on getting at the truth, finding the real story, figuring out the plot and the players, and giving her readers a compelling account of what she found.

Follow the Science is only the latest literary exhibit putting Sharyl’s formidable journalistic skills on display. This was a book that begged to be written, especially after the unfolding of events over the last four years that served as an undesirable awakening for many. The hallowed institutions of science and medicine have been exposed as being just as prone to greed and corruption as any other profession or institution. Sharyl’s message is, don’t get mad, get BUSY! Do what she did. Do what you can do. Do your homework. Learn how you can join the fight to restore integrity and trust to these vitally important fields of science and medicine. Start by reading this book. I did. Twice.

If you want to know how and why mainstream journalism fell from its once lofty perch of reputable coverage and trustworthiness in reporting, read Sharyl’s book. She is the best of the best. CBS News didn’t just let this stellar performer go—they pushed her out. Her Sunday feature, Full Measure, still turns out weekly reports that are spot on and worth watching. If you appreciate honest reporting and journalistic integrity, then get this book. Sharyl’s story is compelling!

Very helpful book! I read this book by Lynne Farrow on iodine because Dr. David Brownstein’s books are not available on Audible. That’s ok. It turned out to be a good thing! Farrow’s book is an easy read, non-technical, filled with testimonials from both women and men on how they used iodine to resolve their health conditions, and so gave me insights that I could apply immediately.

A very good primer on the subject. Now I can read that printed copy of Dr. Brownstein’s book which on its way to my mailbox! and add to the excellent knowledge imparted here by Ms. Farrow.

Dr. Ovadia’s advice dovetails nicely with what I have learned from other keto and carni docs. Good, practical tips boiled down for immediate action. My only quibble with the audiobook is the robotic, sing-song style of Dr. Obadiah. He seems like a compassionate and caring man, but his monotonous, repetitive tone makes him sound like a disengaged and disinterested reader.

… is to listen to him read it! I really enjoyed Dr. Peterson’s audiobook version of his bestseller. Profoundly insightful and inspiring. He gets you thinking about what really matters in life. I do appreciate his weaving autobiography and the trials and hardships experienced by him and his family into the psychological framework of the book. A good mix of personal anecdotes with scientific exposition. Very nice, Dr. Peterson! Thank you for a pleasant yet motivating and incisive listening experience.

Well, this is Audible, so, also a must LISTEN TO classic. Very cerebral but indispensable listening for those who are on their journey towards a fuller understanding of “real” economics, not the theoretical, academic variety so common today.
