It had Love. & discussed sex but didn't go into lude detail. The story itself kept me hooked. The world building was perfect. you understood what they were thinking. But didn't take 2 chapters to describe one tunnel (like another author).
Definitely worth my points. Definitely going on to next in this series. & love it's stand alone for a quick romance.

I'm torn on this book. I like the story & the world building. I like the characters alot. I like the steamy sex.
I didn't like the forced vibes of it though. & I know your thinking "vibes?" WTH? It is or it isn't. Well because of the "animal instincts" of the wolf it comes off as not really having a choice. The male becomes lust blind & forceful. & The females are even more lust blind with their wolf taking over, & leaving them with no control of their own body. Because of this, I don't like this writers take on shifters. At-least in this book. Also the book was mostly sex than story.
Was it worth the money/credit? Yes Infact still debating if I'm going on to next book or not.
With that being said only get this book if: your sexualy adventurous, don't have a trigger on forced encounters, like a strong, possessive, brooding, Alfa male who likes control then affectionate sweetheart. A strong willed spicy female ready to protect her mate then this is for you.

This type of book is normally not for me. Normally a forced encounter would of been a trigger. But the female in this book enjoys the Volatile relationship. It's an angry romance. You know the type of couple who thrives/ "gets off" on pushing the anger in eachother. Having a constant fight then Makeup $e×. This is that type of couple. The couple who have guilt, hurt, & anger at themselves & take it out on eachother. Also both feeling they deserve the pain as a punishment for the past. Instead of facing the truth & working on themselves.
The story line that goes with this toxic relationship is very interesting. It has me hooked. I'm still unsure if I want her with Kane or one of the twins.
& talk about a cliffhanger. This book is only the beginning. I feel that there is going to be so much revealed about so many of characters. & I'm definitely going on to the next book.

I'm loving this series 😍 Each book could be a stand alone with each book being a different couple's story. This couple has been mentioned in every book thus far. & The story is best read in order because each book talks about the other couples. I would suggest reading in order. & Definitely a good series.
