Historia
Batman is one of the most compelling and enduring characters to come from the Golden Age of Comics, and interest in his story has only increased through countless incarnations since his first appearance in Detective Comics #27 in 1939. Why does this superhero without superpowers fascinate us? What does that fascination say about us? Batman and Psychology explores these and other intriguing questions about the masked vigilante.

Anyone interested in Batman, or superhero characters will enjoy this book.
I’ve listened to it all the way through several times and still come back to it every now and then.

Historia
In The Red and the Blue, cable news star and acclaimed journalist Steve Kornacki follows the twin paths of Bill Clinton and Newt Gingrich, two larger-than-life politicians who exploited the weakened structure of their respective parties to attain the highest offices. For Clinton, that meant contorting himself around the various factions of the Democratic party to win the presidency. Gingrich employed a scorched-earth strategy to upend the permanent Republican minority in the House, making him speaker.

Very informative and approachable

I’m a fan of the author ever since watching him cover the 2018 elections on the famous big board of his. So I had to give this book a listen.
While I was hoping Steve himself would read it, the narrator had a very good voice and was easy on the ears. Steve’s writing was very holistic as it shifts focus from the events and political characters and consequences of one party to another. I found that I could follow along even if I was distracted by other things like doing dishes and laundry.
A very enjoyable listen for someone just starting to read the subject matter.
