Addie LaRue is not invisible!
Revisado: 02-18-23
The invisible life of Addie Larue was one of the most interesting concepts in a book that I have ever read. How the author managed to come up with all those twisted turns working from past to present was truly incredible. However I did get tired of listening and felt that it went on just too long. Not sure how it could have been cut short but I was ready for it to end. It did have a good and satisfying ending

good story with some glitches
Revisado: 10-12-22
i thought I had this one figured out, then I was led to believe that I didn't, and in the end I did.
That is not necessarily a bad thing
However as this was a story based in a small town in Louisiana and I live in Louisiana, I was very disappointed in the accents that were used some for the characters and some of the verbage that was used. For instance steamed crawfish was mentioned , But we hardly ever steam Crawfish we boil them !
County pool ! we don't have counties. we have parishes. If you're going to write a book with a story with areas and people indigenous to that area you should do your research
Also I think almost every character in this story "chewed on the inside of their cheek "at least once.
