Historia
They say you shouldn't ask your mom whether your business is a good idea, because she loves you and will lie to you. This is technically true, but it misses the point. You shouldn't ask anyone if your business is a good idea. It's a bad question, and everyone will lie to you at least a little. As a matter of fact, it's not their responsibility to tell you the truth. It's your responsibility to find it, and it's worth doing right.

Engaging, but should be adapted to GenAI era
Revisado: 08-19-24
The Mom Test is a must-listen for any Product Manager. The author’s casual tone and narration make it easy and enjoyable to follow. However, I wish the book had a bit more structure and included updated advice for the AI-driven era, particularly regarding automated note-taking tools. Despite these minor points, it’s still packed with valuable insights.

Practical and Actionable Guidance for Product Teams
Revisado: 08-17-24
An invaluable resource for anyone involved in product development. I particularly appreciated the practical advice that the book offers, all delivered through structured and iterative “learn by doing” recommendations. Teresa Torres presents a clear framework that makes the continuous discovery process feel achievable and sustainable. Key chapters have actionable do’s and don’ts that can be directly applied to real-world scenarios. This book has helped me rethink and remind me what works and what matters most in product discovery.

Michael Pollan, known for his best-selling nonfiction audio, including The Omnivores Dilemma and How to Change Your Mind, conceived and wrote Caffeine: How Caffeine Created the Modern World as an Audible Original. In this controversial and exciting listen, Pollan explores caffeine’s power as the most-used drug in the world - and the only one we give to children (in soda pop) as a treat.

Good to listen between deeper works
Revisado: 02-21-23
As a coffee lover, I think this is entertaining. There are some curiosities and scientific references I enjoyed. A bit shorter than I anticipated, given there’s a lot to talk about. I’d recommend it more as an entertaining listening while you are decompressing and preparing yourself to deeper works and subjects.
