Historia
Five days ago, the epidemic of rage began. Four days ago, the rash of senseless murders swept the nation. Three days ago, the president addressed the country and begged for peace—even as the murders increased tenfold. Two days ago, the killers began to mobilize. One day ago, the power went out. And tonight, the killers are reading the names of those to be killed over the Emergency Broadcast System.

Run! Excellent listen.
Revisado: 10-26-24
Yes, Run! is brutal and harsh, but readers shouldn"t be surprised because the title summary and Apocalypse subject matter should let you know ahead of time how this book will go. But it"s also a story of fighting for the ones you love and never giving up. Awesome job by the author and the narration was perfect.

Thinly veiled fiction, Wrath of the Wendigo is the story of America 2.0, how a crumbling empire gave birth to a new republic. Wendigo General Eric Hansen has undertaken a mission to personally deliver a message to the rulers of the old world. Still powerful, still dangerous, and still locked onto the throat of the fledgling republic.

Book two is a blast!
Revisado: 04-22-24
This is a smoking good follow up to Mongol Moon. I"m gonna make an Adderall "get sh*t done" playlist of my own using the songs from Alice"s soundtrack... Trailer Swift and all. This storyline is one of those books that I want to stop listening to when I notice there"s only a couple hours left. Stop because I know I"ll want more immediately when this book finishes and I know I"ll have to wait for the author to drop the next volume. Soup to nuts. great story and performance.

State of FACTS!
Revisado: 01-31-24
I read this years ago not long after it was first published. The hard science FACTS that are presented throughout this excellent thriller as part of weaving this story, are indeed actual FACTS supported by scientific study. As such, they stand true to this day because that"s what scientificly proven, unbiased factual data does... it remains a fact. And here we are, all these years later and as predicted, the climate, eco nutbars have just tweaked their terminology from "Warming" to "Change" and have fine tuned their targets to livestock, farming, anything remotely related to natural gas and and and... to control the population and ultimately reduce that population. Exactly what Michael Chrighton described and forewarned of in this book. Just look at the WEF and what they are proposing and convincing governments to do.

2nd best Christmas Story Ever
Revisado: 12-03-23
100% a Christmas Spirit story. And one that would make a fantastic movie. DJ Molles has penned an instant classic with "The Santas". And the narration was dialed in perfectly. Still, its the second best Christmas Story ever... of course because the original CHRISTmas Story will never lose the top spot.

Join Greg Laurie as he takes a cross-country drive in his 1968 Highland Green Ford Mustang 390 GT through the canyons of Malibu, the alleys of Hollywood, the wide and open roads of the Midwest, the streets of New York, as he traces the wooly geography of actor Steve McQueen"s life, relationships, career, and spiritual journey. In the 1960s, McQueen was, according to box office receipts, the biggest movie star of his generation and one of the coolest men to ever walk the planet.

The "McQueen U-Turn"
Revisado: 09-08-23
The "McQueen U-Turn"... that pretty much sums up the goal of this book. But for Steve McQueen, the term U-Turn doesn"t quite match the King of Cools style. I imagine Mr. McQueen executing a highlight reel, race speed Bootleg. His life"s 180 degree turn to race towards God"s Glory. Fantastic book and well read. Thank you Pastor Laurie for the entertaining, informative and ultimately inspirational account of Steve McQueens life.

SHTF full series! You"ll laugh, you"ll cry,...
Revisado: 08-07-23
You"ll laugh, you"ll cry, it"s one of the best spent credits you"ll ever kiss goodbye...
The complete SHTF series all rolled up into one volume?! SHTF is a solid, zombie-free, tale of the struggle to survive that unfolds immediately after the EOW event. This isn"t the Barbie apocalypse, and theres no frosting layered on top of the SHTF sammitch to make it easier swallow. LLAkers spins up a story that is brutal and hard, like an apocalyptic world will be regardless of how many diversity and inclusion offices exist when the sh!t does hit the fan. And with the same hand she weaves a storyline filled with men, women, children and dogs, everyone strapped and with a round in the chamber, keeping hope alive and digging deep to overcome the hardships of the lawless, desperate world that they live in. It gets ugly. But there are characters youll become invested in, love and root for, laugh with and feel the hurt of their losses. It"s a great ride narrated by Kevin Pierce (nuff said!) and LLAkers wraps it all up, but definitely leaves openings for follow on stories, which I hope she has plans to write. I highly recommend SHTF for all fans of the Post Apoc genre to snatch it up while this omnibus is available.

Fantastic wrap-up and inspirational back story.
Revisado: 04-10-23
There is no way to write a book nerd summary of Singularity., which I wouldn"t do anyway,.. so just letting you know nobody could, so ignore dorks who try because you"d have to reach back over 14 books that make up the series. infinite series plus a few other cross over books build up to Singularity, which is a heavy lift, but each well worth the ride. I don"t think anyone but RC Bray could"ve pulled off the narration.

These people want Atlas Hargrove dead. Now one of them has found him. Is this the end for Atlas, or a brand new beginning? When the 14-year-old son of a powerful member of the Bundesrat goes missing, a call is made, a deal is struck, and Leopold summons the team to Cologne, Germany where they will hunt for a kidnapped child and the people who took him.

Hargrove Shrugged
Revisado: 03-10-23
if you"ve hit book four you"ll probably understand how this reader could draw a parallel between Atlas Hargroves oddessy to Ayn Rand"s title defining metaphor in a handful of lines from "Atlas Shrugged".
"If you saw Atlas — the giant who holds the world on his shoulders,
— If you saw that he stood, blood running down his chest, his knees buckling, his arms trembling, but still trying to hold the world aloft with the last of his strength.
And the greater his effort, the heavier the world bore down upon his shoulders, what would you tell him to do?”
"You ask me what would I tell him?
Reload Atlas... reload"
To me the parallel is fitting. Not in some literary high brow book club discussion sense, where Atlas drops the weight of the heavens down on the bad guys. The Hargrove shrug is more akin to an off the ring ropes top turnbuckle atomic elbow slam that painfully and publicly obliterates those evil rat f"n sob"s. And this world needs that Atlas. We really do.
Many thanks to R.B. Schow for absolutely crushing it with each installment in this series.

Only Points and Donks complain about the AAR
Revisado: 11-28-22
KTF Part one is YAGGE. That"s all ya really need to put if you struggle to write a review headline. Yet Another Great Galaxys Edge. Yup. I wish it was an 18-20hr read too and I don"t want to wait until April for KTF Part Deaux either... But I"m not going to complain about those things. These authors always deliver quality stuff that I"ve never regretted dropping the credits. And for the AAR whiners... You really should take the time and listen. There"s some great conversation, insights and nuggets of intel dropped in the AAR. As for RC Bray reading through the Honor Roll as the last part of the AAR, here"s an Easter Egg spoiler for you... if you listened through it, you would have heard more than just the roll call, at two separate places randomly inserted during the honor roll, they leak some G. E. Season Three nuggets!! I"ll give you a hint... RC drops the eggs after the C"s and before the X"s.
