Historia
In this award-winning Audible Studios production, Trevor Noah tells his wild coming-of-age tale during the twilight of apartheid in South Africa. It’s a story that begins with his mother throwing him from a moving van to save him from a potentially fatal dispute with gangsters, then follows the budding comedian’s path to self-discovery through episodes both poignant and comical.

Mind boggling
Revisado: 07-21-21
We all know of South Africa, Apartheid, Nelson Mandela and so on, but I never knew, or thought about, what it would've been like on the ground, from the perspective of a poor black kid growing up during and after apartheid.
Trevor Noah's story is sometimes funny, sometimes sad, and sometimes terrifying. I cannot say I enjoyed this book because of the weight of its stories, but I was fascinated by it and could not put it down.

Historia
David Cameron was elected Conservative leader in 2005, promising to modernize the party following its three successive electoral defeats. He became Prime Minister in 2010, forming Britain’s first coalition government in 70 years, at a moment of economic crisis, and went on to win the first outright Conservative majority for 23 years at the 2015 general election.

A heartfelt account by David Cameron
Revisado: 07-12-21
David Cameron was a consequential prime minister that will forever be remembered for triggering Brexit and so people will see his premiership under those lenses, but he comes across as a true patriot, compassionate leader that achieved more for Britain than people will remember.
The book itself is long but well written, engaging and in many places very candid. The reading is also emotional and sometimes really touching.
Well done to Mr. Cameron for sharing his thoughts and I learned a lot from his story, both good and bad.
