Heartwarming romance with adorable kid

This is a sweet romance between celebrity actress Abby (who is very down to earth) and Sam the (pretty near perfect) temporary teacher and nanny to Abby's absolutely adorable daughter Grace. The chemistry and interactions between the two mains along with the relationship between Grace and Sam has you rooting for this family almost from the start of the book. Throw is some fabulous secondary characters both friends and co-workers, great banter, and you have a heartwarming story with low angst. Though there was one scene in the museum that had my heart in my throat and shallow breathing but it is HEA. Ruth Guice did an amazing job narrating and I hope I get to hear her on future KJ audiobooks as well as other authors.

Sweet low angst romance

Keira Grace did a fantastic job narrating this low angst small town romance between Cam and Lauren. The progression from distrust from assumptions to working collaboration to friendship to lovers to love was both sweet and realistic.

The adventure continues

Another exciting adventure with Candice and Nevada through the Sahara searching for Cleopatra's tomb and the treasure therein of course they must deal with crocodiles, many baddies with guns, bazooka, and bombs, along with some sandstorms, and things exploding all around (But don't worry we meet gramps in this installment to help out as well).

A fun adventure

Abby Craden did a fabulous job narrating me through this action packed adventure through the a tomb in the Sahara (as I drove through some rural cornfields). Both Easy and Candice are fabulous, strong, intelligent women whose interactions and chemistry kept me laughing and smiling through their death-defying crusades. Great beginning novel of the series and just hit purchase to listen to the next installment.

Sweet romance

Another lovely slow burn character driven romance by Jae. It was fun to see Claire & Lana again from Just For Show and watch Steph and Rae move from very reluctant roommates to friends to falling in love. Lori Prinfe did a good job narrating this sweet romance.

Happy Ending

A wonderful conclusion to the series bringing back multiple characters and couples throughout all the books. It was sweet, funny, and sexy. As throughout the rest of the series Addison Barnes did a great job with the narration and many characters.

Great Read/Listen

This book kept my interest and attention from start to finish. This is the 1st book I've read by Leigh, but I'll definitely be looking through her back catalog as well as new releases for future reads. It had a great blend of the struggles of a newly stateside disabled vet both physically and emotionally (without being too heavy or depressing), some political intrigue, family dynamics, a beautiful location and scenery, building a new life with an interesting family business of race horse breeding, and of course a great romance with the Physical & Occupational Therapist Prosthetic Guru Lieutenant who's working through a few of her own life struggles throughout the book. Hollis Elizabeth did a fantastic job bringing the characters to life in the audiobook, and I hope she and Leigh are paired up in Leigh's other books.
