Historia
Why is it so hard to make lasting changes in our companies, in our communities, and in our own lives? The primary obstacle is a conflict that's built into our brains, say Chip and Dan Heath, authors of the critically acclaimed best seller Made to Stick. Psychologists have discovered that our minds are ruled by two different systems - the rational mind and the emotional mind - that compete for control. The rational mind wants a great beach body; the emotional mind wants that Oreo cookie.

Excellent Audiobook, Well Organized, Clear & Actionable
Revisado: 10-12-19
This book is an excellent resource for the non-neuroscientist.
I also highly recommend James Clear, Atomic Habits. The author mentions him a couple of times as well.

Historia
The legendary college football coach and analyst, Lou Holtz once said: "When all is said and done, more is said than done." These few, yet extremely profound words explain one of the biggest predicaments that individuals face today. Many of us as individuals say we want to be successful, happy, and influential. Yet, very, very few of us follow up what we say - whether said to others or ourselves - with specific actions that move us directly toward those goals.

Surprisingly One The Most Complete & Best Brian Tracy Programs
Revisado: 10-12-18
I’ve followed Brian for more than 25 years now. Because of him I’ve overcome stuttering and gone on to build a successful small business helping others do the same.
I have almost all of his programs in one form or another. And, this one while formatted as an interview has to be one of my new favorites.
You absolutely cannot go wrong with this program.
The other, in a similar format is “The Science of Money.” I’d also recommend his “The New Psychology of Success!”
