Raimon Weber, born in the German town of Unna in 1961, is known as “the Frightener.” Author, radio playwright, and media trainer, since 1998 he has published whodunits and thrillers. He has also written for series such as Darkside Park, Porterville, and The Secret Files of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. He describes his own style as claustrophobic. His research has taken him up tall smokestacks and into the arcane world of forensic science. He interviews serial murderers, gets experts to explain how amputated limbs are professionally disposed of, and knows killing methods of all kinds. His interest in criminal psychology prompts him to explore the question, why do people kill? Raimon Weber lives in Kamen, Germany. While working he imbibes his favorite beverage, Maxwell House coffee, and listens to Alice Cooper. He used to play drums in a rock band. Visit him at his website: www.raimon-weber.de.
