The pain of shame
I liked the breakdown of concepts ,things we don't even realise are holding us back. I think it reads really true in so many aspects of life ,how we live in shame,forget to play and how we get triggered

A great listen, worth your time!
We try to be perfect by wanting to impress others, we are bought up like this that we are always competing to be better, what is more important is being yourself, living your life to your means, accepting your imperfections and shining in the world!

Loved it
Found the length of the chapters perfect. Loved the "Let's get intentional" bits. The examples given helped me a lot to really understand the guidelines and I absolutely loved the narrator's voice (Brené's)
