Good story

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, the first two Genesis Wave books are good. The first taking a bit to get going but still interesting. The third Genesis Wave is very good but is not a a continuation of the first two.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Lieutenant Commander and Chief Engineer,
Geordi La Forge. His relationship with the two women.
His relationship with Data, and his 'saving the day' with coming up with solution to diverting the Genesis Wave.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes. Good when travelling. Makes waiting in queues, shopping, or ironing less boring.
Any additional comments?
I would thoroughly recommend this book and the others in the series...

The narrator was awful...

Narrator wasn't the right choice. Good actress, terrible narrator. Preferred Zachary Quinto. Star Trek audios are few and far between so its disappointing when one does come out and the narrator spoils it.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Take 5-6 hours off. 5 hours in and he still never got to the point. By the time he does I was so put off I gave up.
What will your next listen be?
Nothing to do with this author or narrator
