Lots of stories that sound made up. The good tips could have been condensed to a 10 minute YouTube video. Speaking of which. It’s so dated. Too many references to cash , cheques and other outdated financial references.

Loads of random tips on health but very little on building a routine and planning the day which I was hoping this book would do. Liked him on podcasts but a book full of this stuff I found dull.

Started well but went off on waffle tangents about addiction and shame that didn’t seem to relate to the topic in hand. It felt like the author forgot to do the last couple of chapters. Should we reduce our time on the internet and video games? Wasn’t much call to action.

Absolutely loved every minute. SQUIRREL! I have not been diagnosed with ADHD yet but everything in this book rang true with me and I had a super productive week while listening.

Such an entertaining book. Loved the advice but it’s also highly entertaining. Peppered with great jokes. Really enjoyed it.

This is a motivational book indeed.
To motivate one to be a horrible human being. Full of anecdotes of people being murderous and conning others and these are held up as examples that we should follow.

Some very interesting and inspiring stories. But the format of the same small number of questions over and over became painful. A book half the size with the more helpful advice would be great.

I loved the variety of speakers and range of ideas. There are much better books out there on life mastery but this is a fun with a nice range of ideas.
