Story
The philosopher asks: "Faced with the mutually exclusive choice between moral principle and the survival of your family, which is the correct path?" Philosophers love to pose such questions, and in the day-to-day struggle, such thinkers rarely attain to a level of relevance rivaling that of the simple hunger pang. Their careful considerations dissipate under the leveled gun. We do not feel their disapproving gaze when The Others draw near. When the world sends doom, the survivors do not hesitate. The survivors do what is necessary.

A really good listen. RC Bray as fantastic as ever. This book brings in very new material that I was not expecting. The characters really develop in this book. Only thing, definitely give yourself a refresher.

Really interesting listen

Really enjoyed this book in the end. The narrator was good, however she whispered some words every so often and no matter how many times I went back 30 seconds to relisten, I could just not make out what she was saying! This happened a lot as well. So that was the only draw back to the narration. I enjoyed the interview at the end too.
The story itself was good. It took me much longer to finish this book than all the others I have finished though. But still worth a listen.

Story
Jazz Bashara is a criminal. Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent. Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down.

The narrator needs to do more books!
Reviewed: 19-03-19
I've wanted to try Andy's other book now for a while, as the Martian was amazing but obviously this wasn't narrated by Bray. Anyway, after years of not taking the plunge, this book was on sale! I finished it in maybe just over two weeks and absolutely loved every second of it! Really good story, good characters and good narrator. Only thing is she talks extremely quiet sometimes so I foi d myself rewinding and having to listen a couple of times. But deffo go for it.

Story
Freeman is a genius with an uncommon mixture of memory, intelligence and creativity. He lives in a worldwide utopia, but it was not always so. There was a time known as the Grind—when Freeman’s people lived as slaves to another race referred to simply as “Master.” They were property. But a civil rights movement emerged. Change seemed near, but the Masters refused to bend. Instead, they declared war. And lost. Now, the freed world is threatened by a virus, spread through bites, sweeping through the population.

A freshing take on a zombie apocalypse
Reviewed: 09-02-19
Extremely enjoyed this book. Its a different take on the zombie apocalypse. Like normal, the narration was amazing! Only thing I didn't like was the main character's voice changed at the end. Now I totally get why his voice changed, but it sounded way too similar to another main character's voice. Other than that, Great story!
