Food is our greatest ally for good health, but the question of what to eat has never seemed so complicated. In his new book, Tim Spector creates a unique, thorough, evidence-based guide to the real science of eating. I sometimes feel I am missing out, listening to my books instead of reading them, but not this time. It was an absolute joy listening to Barbra tell her story in her own words and what a bonus to hear her music. I wouldn’t have got this from reading her book.
