Story
The Bodies of Others is about how we came to the harrowing civilizational crossroads at which we find ourselves—engaged in a war against vast impersonal forces with limitless power over our lives and which threaten the freedoms we have always taken for granted. In her most provocative book yet, Dr. Naomi Wolf shows how these forces—from Big Tech and Big Pharma to the CCP and our oligarchical elites—seized upon two years of COVID-19 panic in sinister new ways, to not only undermine our republic but to fundamentally reorient human relations.

Very informative

Naomi has a lovely writing style. This book was engaging & thought provoking. However, the male voice narrating was not the best. He was often flat and monotone. Shame.

Story
It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother"s coffin as the world watched in sorrow - and horror. As Diana, Princess of Wales, was laid to rest, billions wondered what the princes must be thinking and feeling - and how their lives would play out from that point on. For Harry, this is that story at last.

The strange tale of a boy named Flea starts in Rye, NY. It was all very normal. But soon his parents divorced and his mother Patricia remarried a jazz musician. Flea"s stepfather frequently invited musicians to his house for jam sessions which sparked Flea"s interest in music. The family moved to Los Angeles, where Flea became fascinated with the trumpet, idolising musicians like Miles, Dizzy, and Louis....

Story
Alexander Hamilton was an illegitimate self-taught orphan from the Caribbean who overcame all the odds to become George Washington"s aide-de-camp and the first Treasury Secretary of the United States. Few figures in American history are more controversial than Alexander Hamilton. In this masterful work, Chernow shows how the political and economic power of America today is the result of Hamilton"s willingness to champion ideas that were often wildly disputed during his time.
