I have thoroughly enjoyed every single one of the St.Marys series and really hope they continue. I have laughed and cried with and for the characters, brought to life by the excellence of Zara Ramm.

enjoyable stories, that I wished were longer, but not as much as I wish the stories will continue. I want to know how all the characters progress.

David's pleasure at imparting his wealth of knowledge is, to me, obvious from the start. I've already revisited some(parts) of the chapters and have no doubt I will revidit this book time and again.
Off to get The Dream now.

Robert Galbraith is a master story teller who is supported by the incomparable Robert Glenister who brings the characters to life with such reality, I feel I've met them all irl. A talented pairing for sure.
Looking forward to Book 8 already and hope it comes asap.

Harlan Coben is 'up there' with the best. I could not 'put down' this story and listened into the wee small hours, waiting to hear what came next. An excellent storyline narrated by the very excellent William Hope.

Sorry, but Lianne's attempts at a 'brummie' accent are pitiful. It's almost impossible to bring forth the image of DS Mo Udden created from Jan's interpretation and after listening to her in the Dorset Crime & Zoe Finch Series', I have to say Lianne just isn't up to scratch, for me. Lianne's take on Dr Petra McBride is ok, but again, Jan is Number 1 for me.
Having said that I enjoyed the story overall and look forward to learning more about the new Characters.

I cannot even give the story a decent score because I could not get passed chapter 3.
I have always loved this series and have listened to them all up to now; thoroughly enjoying the expert narration by Adam Sims.
But..... the persistent, and unnecessary mentioning of 'The Pandemic', has totally put me off. It has not added to the story, (so far as I got), and simply seems gratuitous virtue signalling. It was bad enough going through such a time without the placement of 'The Pandemic' at every opportunity.
Really spoiled it for me. I will be requesting a refund.

Sorry Ari Fliakos, but after enjoying several books with Danny narrating the characters in the Michael Bennett series, your take on the characters was a big let down and your Irish accents are appalling.
Another good story by Patterson though.
