I'm sitting here crying because I'm saddened by the fact that this book has come to an end. I wish I could erase my memory and listen to it again and again. This is raw, gut wrenching , quirky, fun, real and lovely. Julia fox is a talented story teller and writer and her life is absolutely freaking insane!!!

I made the mistake of trying to listen to this after listening to "Women Who Run With The Wolves" which is such an empowering in depth book about the roots of feminine energy. Something this book miserably fails at. The narrator is so obviously full of resentment and the text sounds like the catharsis of an angry and oppressed woman who in fact, never rose rooted. The bias, the constant criticism and micro aggression towards so many different categories such as men, psychiatrists and at some point she even criticized Carl Jung I mean... as long as you're focusing on what men do wrong you're missing the point. You're still making it about them and not you, not the feminine. I listened for three hours of her bottomless shallow negativity and it only got worse. Don't recommend

In this book Jordan Peterson expands on what he either already talked about or briefly mentioned in his last book, 12 Rules For Life. Nevertheless, the book is brilliant, eye opening, thought provoking and practical in day to day life! It can quite literally save your relationship or yourself from misery and doom! I hope he writes an autobiography! I wanna hear all about his life

This book is not an easy to swallow pill. If you're here to really seek the truth, and keep in mind, that would mean to, voluntarily experience a death in order to rise from the ashes anew. It is a sacrifice most won't make, which is why " ignorance is bliss" but if you seek truth, and are willing to look where you are most afraid to but need to the most, then you're in the right place. If were here looking for a shallow self help book that would serve as yet another excuse for you to stay ignorant and helpless and stuck then you're gonna feel resentful after reading this. But man oh man, to the ones who read and understand the depth of wisdom within this man's words, what a blessing! The world is lucky to have JP.
