Histoire
Ryan doesn’t remember much about his life before becoming a dungeon core. Only that he had a bit of a disagreement with the church—something to do with a beheading? Now reborn, Ryan begins to arm his darkness dungeon with devious traps, bestial zombies and ill-named skeletal creations, without doing anything too evil. Well, mostly. Some adventurers just deserve a stalactite to the head.

i swear this is almost one to one with the other dungeon book i read earlier in the year . almost the exact premise , boy becomes dungeon core , tries not to be evil , paired with a annoying dumb fairy character and a human he makes friends with .
im pretty sure jeff va that one too

Histoire
My name is Danny Abbott. I went to bed thinking I had just another day at the office waiting for me. Instead, I find myself in Dungeon World, a planet-wide RPG-themed amusement park. The monsters are real, the perils are deadly, and the people in charge are long gone. Sure, maintenance worker sounds like a weird job to be stuck with—until I find out that it lets me reroll chests, disable traps, and access the park's hidden paths and back halls. Then I realize that the world is my oyster.

interesting story line
Évalué le: 2024-12-28
the general story was super intresting with doungoun crawling mixed with sci fi . the only complaint i have is the harrim part . kinda getting tired of every "fantasy" book has to have sex like a teenage wet dream . its plays like short story ,building scharaters and the environment then ruin it in some random porno written .
the VA were good , the mail charater was meh but the female va sounded diffrent and i knew who was talking just by change in accent , good job on there part .
over all its a ez 37 hr listen with smutt mixed between a decent story

Histoire
Of course, if there were only one thing under Liscor, there would be far less to fear. However, the dungeon continues to be a threat. At the same time, Goblins continue to roam northern Izril, but not all of them are as hostile to people as Tremborag or the Goblin Lord. Will the Unseen Emperor of Riverfarm make that distinction, however? A reckoning is coming as old faces and new reemerge. And all the while, The Wandering Inn is still serving food and respite and even plays to adventurers and Antinium alike. But something is coming from the dungeons. And it—they—are hungry.

rinse and repeat
Évalué le: 2024-07-26
idk why we need to explain everything over and over again in every single book . this book repeats explanation of the same situation over and over . like a filler in anime this book feels like a rerun of a rerun .
VA 10/10 . at this point the story is dead and the VA is the only thing keeping this series alive in my mind .
the world and premise were amazing the first few books but it's just dragging on now

decent for a credit
Évalué le: 2024-07-18
iseki meets cyberpunk esk . like alot of other lite rpg this book falls into this pattern of worrie about money(teir) buying skills , and leveling up like a video game , the story at first drags you into the world and explains how the world works . then tosses it to the side for a make believe war with no risk and one of the most bland written MC . one of those story's where everything just works out for the MC just because .
ok for a listen but won't be getting book 4 unless in cones in a combo pack like the first 3

After some unsettling news brought to them by an unexpected messenger, Prince Edgar fled the Raid Dungeon to hurry back to his kingdom, leaving Derek as the impromptu leader. Being concerned about his people on the outside, Derek chose to rule with an iron fist to finish the dungeon as soon as possible. This choice didn’t make him any friends, but he didn’t need any for it to work.

starts of strong but ends like most Isaki
Évalué le: 2024-05-09
i thought this would be more than another version of the current trop of iseki . reincarnation, reborn but it does the exact same game rpg style system as the rest and the AI factor loses all its trop after the first few chapters . and the use of real would locations is just a way to build location without building up the world ,it adds extremely little to the story other than a timeline .
the VA is not bad but the accents were off putting and besides the little girl sidekick all the characters are pretty much the same sounding .
if your looking for a timekiller for a credit its ok but if your expecting world building ,deep character development or a unique magic system this is not the book .

Histoire
The Catenan Republic—the Hierarchy—may rule the world now, but they do not know everything. I tell them my name is Vis Telimus. I tell them I was orphaned after a tragic accident three years ago, and that good fortune alone has led to my acceptance into their most prestigious school. I tell them that once I graduate, I will gladly join the rest of civilized society in allowing my strength, my drive, and my focus—what they call Will—to be leeched away and added to the power of those above me, as millions already do. As all must eventually do.

tik tok over hype
Évalué le: 2024-04-01
over all its not a bad story but it gets boring and repetitive very quickly . it's just a fantasy version of the Roman empire with a confusing naming system . picked this up because book tik tok overhyped it and made it sound like the next LOTR or sonthing. 4/10
