Use the form below to block a specific username or IP address from editing. Please make sure that you intend to do this and are doing it in accordance with the blocking policy.
Things to consider
Block parameters
- Be sure to check the spelling of the username or IP address to be blocked since nonexistent users can be blocked as well.
- Give a detailed but brief reason for the block. Use the reason dropdown if applicable.
Additional options
- If blocking a bot, be sure to disable autoblocking to avoid blocking the bot owner.
- If blocking a user for their username, be sure to disable autoblocking and allow account creation in order to allow the user to create an account with an appropriate username.
