Her journey, from the innovative ventures of PeaceSoft and NextTech to the founding of Teky, exemplifies her remarkable resilience and forward-thinking vision. 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐤𝐲 At 40, Ms. Huong felt a deep-rooted desire to make a lasting impact on society. With a stable career and a family of her own, she recognized the critical need to equip the next generation with modern technological skills. This realization birthed Teky. "I founded Teky because I wanted to leave a valuable social legacy," she explains. Teky's mission is clear: to provide innovative STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) education for Vietnamese children. Huong identified a significant gap in the education system—a lack of resources and opportunities for children to engage in STEM learning. "There's a need for programs that foster technological thinking and creativity," she shares. Teky is her solution, empowering children with the essential skills for the future. Teky's early days were filled with excitement and innovation. Ms. Dao Huong and her small team launched the first courses, focusing on high-quality and engaging education. "We started with a small group of students, but the response was overwhelming. Parents and children were eager for more," she recalls. Support from investors and the community played a crucial role in Teky's growth, enabling the programs to expand and reach more students. Thanks to resilience, adaptability, and a clear vision, Teky has evolved into a leading EdTech company in Vietnam. "Our commitment to quality and our willingness to adapt has kept us moving forward. Meet Ms. Phuong Uyen and her journey to pursue the position of Professional Development Team Leader, responsible for recruiting and training students. She began as a full-time teacher, she shared: “One of the most important factors contributing to my strength and success at Teky is the flexible working environment and the support from colleagues. She pursued the STEM.org | Educational Research Certification - a certification for those interested in STEM education and wanting to build their knowledge base.
