🔎 Inside the Iterative Program: Founders Share Their Honest Experiences
Hear our founders share what it was like going through the Iterative program, from getting coached by founders who have built successful companies to growing 25% monthly throughout the program.
Some key insights shared:
🏀 Coached by successful founders - Jingjing Zhong from Superbench (Iterative W24) shared that the lead partners were like coaches, providing deep and actionable feedback every week. In our program, each founder is paired with a lead partner, and all of Iterative’s lead partners must have been founders themselves. No exceptions. This is crucial because the best advice comes from those who have experienced the unique challenges of being a founder. Only those who have been in your shoes can truly understand and help navigate the nuances of the journey.
📈 Developed laser focus - The founders of Gohub (Iterative W24) grew 25% per month during the program, and it's because of the intense focus they developed. They focused only on the metrics that mattered, and deprioritised everything else. Similarly, Jash Mota the founder of flywheel (Iterative S23), thought the feedback loop at Iterative helped him stay focused and iterate faster. The consistent structure of weekly office hours made it easy for him to double down on what's important.
🤝 Leaning on partners & batch mates - Joining Iterative means you're now part of a vibrant community of 200 founders. The startup grind is brutal, and having a network to lean on makes all of the difference. Michael Do from 1Long (Iterative W24) shared that the group partners are still in touch with him today to help out with fundraising. This ongoing support is what the Iterative community is all about – being there to help founders whenever they need it.
