♻️ COCA-COLA RECYCLING TEAM PROUDLY ARRIVES AT UNIVERSITIES! ♻️ 🔥 Recently, Coca-Cola collaborated with hundreds of students from Hong Bang International University to launch the "Recycled Plastic Bottles - Continuing Journey" program, spreading the powerful message of "for a world without waste." 🌍 The event successfully raised awareness and inspired meaningful action among Gen Z in their mission to protect the environment. With insightful discussions on the plastic recycling journey and enthusiastic participation from the students, the "Recycled Plastic Bottles - Continuing Journey" program promises to serve as a solid foundation for a more sustainable future. 💚 The "recycling team" has officially visited five universities in Ho Chi Minh City: • Hong Bang University - Binh Thanh District • Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry - Tan Phu District • University of Social Sciences & Humanities - Thu Duc • Banking University - Thu Duc • Gia Dinh University - Go Vap District The program will continue to reach more universities until October 13, 2024. ❤️SPREADING LOVE AND CARE TO THE COMMUNITY WE CALL HOME 🌧In the face of the devastating aftermath of Typhoon Yagi in our Northern business regions, Coca-Cola Vietnam has swiftly extended a helping hand to people affected by the storm and severe flooding across the provinces. To ease the burden on our colleagues enduring power outages and water shortages, we launched a special support program for those in the Northwest and Northeast. Each employee received 5 boxes of Dasani and 1 box of Coca-Cola to ensure they had the essentials during these trying times. 🤝 In partnership with local communities, we donated 1,000 boxes of Dasani to 700 households in the National Highway 1A Residential Area, Duyen Thai Commune, Thuong Tin District - home to many elderly and retired residents in low-lying areas who lost electricity after the storm. Alongside the Vietnam Beer and Beverage Association, we contributed 100 million VND and 1,000 boxes of Dasani, bringing immediate relief to those most affected. 💪This first wave of support is just the beginning. Our journey of sharing love and care will continue, reaching further into the beloved communities we proudly call home!🤗

✨INSPIRING FEMALE LEADERSHIP TOWARDS NET ZERO💚🌱 On September 10, Ms. 鄭惠如 Milly Cheng, CEO of Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam, participated as a guest speaker at the Vietnam Corporate Sustainability Forum 2024 in Hanoi, organized by the VBCSD – Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The theme of her presentation, "Enhancing Diversity, Inclusiveness, and the Engagement of Female Business Leaders on the Journey to Net Zero 2050," provided an opportunity for Ms. Cheng to highlight Coca-Cola's 30-year commitment to sustainable development in Vietnam, alongside the company’s efforts to deliver refreshment to communities. 🌟Ms. Cheng introduced several key initiatives aimed at fostering #diversity, #equity, and #inclusion, with a focus on Coca-Cola's goal of achieving 50% female leadership within the organization by 2030 and reaching Net Zero emissions by 2050.
