dParadigm Capital serves as the fund manager for the assets of dParadigm Fund. We are a British Virgin Islands registered company regulated by the BVI Financial Services Commission. Supported by our board and advisors, we provide investment management services to the Fund. dParadigm Capital has the remit to invest in tokens, digitised securities, cryptocurrencies, and decentralised derivative contracts trading on a variety of institutional quality centralised and decentralised exchanges (CEX & DEX). As the fund manager, we seek capital appreciation via early-stage investment opportunities with up-and-coming new enterprises as well as making allocations to a number of more established decentralised enterprises and token issuers to achieve a balanced and diversified exposure to the DeFi universe. Furthermore, we avail of a variety of yield investment strategies including staking, yield farming, master-nodes, and liquidity pool participation opportunities in line with our investment policies and restrictions. dParadigm Capital will utilise a prudent and dynamic asset management architecture incorporating both quantitative and qualitative screening criteria when making investment allocations designed to identify: - Enterprises with a clearly defined business proposition and legitimate real world use case. - The presence of an experienced and cohesive team with a track record of achievement. - Entrepreneurs and Founders with an identifiable, personal commitment to their businesses. - Stringent AML, CTF & KYC background checks. - MVPs with non-opaque and viable associated token economics. - Satisfactory market liquidity in the target token/digital asset. - Yield strategies with attractive risk adjusted return metrics.
