I engaged Jason to assist with the refinance of my home loan after a previous broker decided they could not help. My circumstance was a little different than just another application. The ease, professional approach, simplicity and work he performed to get the outcome needed was exceptional. I will be using Jason and team again in my next venture. I was kept updated all the way on the outcome and I did not feel I was just another sale!

Sandra was and has always been outstanding with her dealing with finance matters. In my experience she has always been prompt and professional. The whole project went smoothly without any issues. Linda made our home loan application process so seamless. She is very knowledge, honest and if she can’t answer you question she makes her mission to find out and inform you!
Both Linda and Tina were very responsive and nothing was too much trouble!
We got a decision on our application very quickly, which meant we could make an offer on the property we really wanted to buy.

I have no words that can accurately describe the effort that Chas Karpala has gone to on behalf of my family and I.
We had a few roadblocks on our journey to get an home loan and Chas navigated us through some pretty difficult times with patience and understanding.

Andrew provided an amazing service, guiding me through the pre-approval process initially and then looking after the whole loan process once I'd bought a property. He was able to source an extremely competitive loan that met my needs and with minimal fuss (even though I'm self-employed). After the contract was signed he liaised with the conveyancer and mortgage provider to ensure a quick and easy settlement (despite a short settlement period, and me being overseas for two weeks of that time)! His communication was also excellent and proactive to ensure the whole process was smooth and painfree, with minimal time and effort on my part.
