I have just set up SSL on my website hosted with Fast2Host and ran into some difficulties in applying the certificate. After a quick message to Fast2Host they sorted everything out for me in a matter of minutes so that now https is working smoothly for my website.

Fast2Host are really responsive to messages and have always been quick to answer any questions and resolve issues, even late into the evening/night. Their staff are knowledgeable and can help out with any technical questions or issues to ensure that I have always been able to get things working.

I would definitely recommend Fast2Host as a hosting company to anyone looking to host their website.

Complete amateurs!

When it works, they are OK, but when there is a problem they react like the whole business is being run by a 15 year old from his bedroom. They tried to update their email server (without warning users) and the whole thing has been down for over 12 hours now with no update on when we might expect to start getting emails again

Terrible web host. Email system goes down constantly with no warning. Seem to get excuses from them that the primary server goes down and the back up server has to kick in. I'm no tech expert but takes at least 20 mins for this to happen, which seems ridiculous! I've never experienced email outages like this with any other web host. If you want a system that works, I'd look elsewhere!

Fast2host have hosted my website for quite a few years now. They have always responded quickly, and professionally to any problems or questions I have. I have never had any problems with the service they provide and only praise for their excellent customer service, to which I am indebted. I would recommend them highly.

Fast2host certainly lives up to its name - very fast to respond as well as very efficient. I am not a techie person and felt completely out of my comfort zone when I recently migrated my website and upgraded to SSL. I needn't have worried - Steve (Technical Support Manager) has been extremely helpful, sorting out issues very quickly whilst providing a first class support service. I cannot rate them high enough.

Re:- FAST 2 HOST:- As a very small independent charity which receives no funding apart from donations from our clients, and is run by all volunteers, who all have either a disability or an illness that makes life difficult. We approached F2H in March asking for our account to be put on hold so as not to drain our bank account dry, during the lockdown. We were given a very resounding NO. Yet they keep sending us emails offering help what laugh.

Highly, highly recommend this company. Reliable, get straight on the case, good communication, trustworthy and friendly. They have a ticket system once you log your query is confirmed with your query number, straight away. I have found that they always resolve it straight away.

It's been a pleasure to rent a server from them. They have been great at responding to queries and assistance requests, and I only ever had a day of downtime in the whole 3 years I was with them - and that was only because of a move of server location!

I have had to close my account, due to financial issues, but once back on my feet I would certainly be renting from them again!

I did try others before them, two other companies who were like the worst nightmare that wakes you up sweating and feeling sick - compared to those two, Fast2Host have been like a nice cold beer on a sunny day!

Excellent service in restoring a website that has been mistakenly deleted, not by Fast2hosts!. I had problems setting up email accounts which they helped and cured the problem.Very quick to answer phone which is rare these days. Thoroughly recommend

Fast2Host is a First Class Hosting Company. Dont look any further. This company have been hosting my website for over ten years. The customer service is second to non. The guys there go above and beyond to make sure any problems you might have are sorted promptly. I am a non-tech person. The prospect of changing my web hosting service made me very nervous. I was recommended the services of Fast2Host by AAATransport and I was not disappointed. I have been using Fast2host for many years for various websites. I have also tried the big names for websites ... and always ended up switching them to Fast2host. Why? It's all comes down to quietly competent service. I can use Wordpress, but I am no tech wizard. I don't really understand the ins and outs of cpanels. And when I get an error message I quickly give up and ask for help. There's a service engineer called Steve who always seems to answer my queries. He give answers and he often offers to take the necessary action for me. Give me a Steve over flashy deals and special offers any day. If you just want it to work and you want help when it doesn't, these people seem to fit the bill very well indeed.
