Helpful, great delivery but best of all a fantastic mattress.
- it was delivered in torrential rain and the box got wet and the dye came off it onto my trousers staining them. Highly unlikely issue but thought I’d mention it. That said the mattress was in perfect condition and exceptional quality and depth. Delivery guys were very helpful.

Every part of the Dreamcloud purchase experience was wonderful. We purchased at a great price online, delivery was smooth and well communicated and even a slight hiccup (screws not fitting the base board) was quickly overcome by superb customer service! Best for last was actually 'experiencing' this dreamcloud bed - truly one of the most comfortable experiences imaginable! Well done Dreamcloud. You have OVER delivered 😃!

Purchase and delivery all good. So far the comfort of the bed is very good. Most , if not all, of the joint pain experienced on my previous mattress have disappeared.

The reason I bought this was my husband was waking every morning with pain down both sides of his back. I read the reviews on it and loads were saying how it helps with back pain. Bonus was it was on sale and a years trial. So I bought it. My husband is sleeping better and waking with no back pain. Well worth purchasing. Highly recommend.

What I need to say is that the mattress is of a lovely quality BUT for me too soft and bouncy. It's not firm enough I didn't want a rock solid mattress but due to regular bouts of sciatica I do need something firmer. Customer service are absolutely excellent with their understanding and suggestion of help before I make a final decision as to whether to return it or not

Dreamcloud superking matteress is outstanding. Ordering was easy and the delivery was on time. The delivery drivers was exceptionally good as it was pouring down with rain but they never complained and took the mattress upstairs for me.
The mattress itself is exceptionally comfortable and with it being both sprung and foam you get the best of both worlds. I would highly recommend dreamcloud matteresses.

After only three years, their mattress compressed to the point it was unusable. While they did replace, they refused to cover the cost to dispose of the old one, which is not an insignificant cost. Once I posted a BBB complaint, they said they would refund me that cost but only to the original method of payment which is a now closed credit card. So bottom line, they won't actually refund that money. Be aware you may end up shelling out hundreds more during the 10 year warranty if you have to keep getting replacement mattresses.

Was kept updated from start to finish. This is a very comfortable mattress. Looked at other reviews thought give it a try and not disappointed. We are sleeping all night . Knowing it has 365 days to change your mind which is a bonus. Would definitely recommend

From the initial investigation of this mattress and the subsequent delivery, I cannot fault the company or the delivery process. The bed itself is amazingly comfortable and I cannot recommend enough to future buyers.

I bought a brilliant mattress from Dreamcloud and it's the best one I've had by far. I suffer with degenerative disk disorder and I suffer constant chronic pain, so buying a mattress on line is a big risk for me. I strongly recommend Dreamcloud.

I just spoke to Dreamcloud's customer service and had a rude woman on the phone. ( What did she say? Just put something over it ) We ordered a mattress and my wife slept on it the first night. She woke up with terrible back pain. We don't want to wait 30 days. Should she sleep on it for 30 days and then have an operation? If that doesn't work out here, I'll write to all the news channels and tell them how shady you are in dealing with us customers.

Best purchase I could have made. Wish I bought this sooner. I suffer from chronic back pain and this mattress has definitely reduced my pains and improved my sleep. I would definitely recommend this product!!

Waiting to give the mattress fair time but currently not to thrilled with it, the reviews aren’t accurate, can feel every time my partner moves on the bed. Also order process was a disaster, ordered through Quidco but dreamcloud have told them the order didn’t exist so not getting the £50 cashback I was due. So if you are buying that way don’t account for the cash back and you must be willing to give the matteress time to get used to it. If it’s still like this after another month we will send back and go elsewhere. Box also came absolutely battered so was concerned upon delivery but all was protected inside.

Great mattress can't be faulted but I used topcashback thinking I would get cashback I was I formed by topcashback that dreamcloud stopped me getting any back despite purchasing via there.so overall great product which I would recommend highly unfortunately don't.cpunt on cashback even if you use the site nothing will come from topcashback and they fully blame dreamcmclounfd
