About us

Usborne Community Partnerships is the Direct Sales division of the world-leading children's book publisher, Usborne. Usborne is celebrating its 50th birthday in 2023 and the independent, self-employed Independent Usborne Partners who work with us have been taking our bestselling, award-winning, kid-centric books into homes and schools throughout the UK and Europe for over 40 years. Independent Usborne Partners run their own businesses, sharing and selling the complete range of Usborne books (over 3,000) at home parties, school events, toddler groups, libraries and more. Our aim is to get books into the hands of children, wherever they are, and Independent Usborne Partners are ideally placed to reach families in their own communities, offering friendly advice on what books to choose for any age and stage, and great recommendations tailored to the specific interests of each child. Usborne is an independent, family owned-and-run business and this is reflected in the mission of Usborne Community Partnerships, which exists to provide family-friendly, flexible working opportunities enabling thousands of people to write a better story for their family.
