Building a business in partnership with Usborne Publishing is more than just selling books, it's about giving back to your community. Independent Usborne Partner Charley Clover has been working with Moray Primary School in #Falkirk, #Scotland on a fundraising drive that will benefit future students for years to come. This is the fourth consective year that the Primary 7 pupils at Moray Primary School have taken part in the 'Leave A Legacy' project, and it's been their most successful yet! In their final year at the school, students raised money to buy books for future pupils by: 🎟 Selling movie tickets for showings of popular books-turned-into-films 📚 Running a sponsored reading week 💷 Contacting INEOS - one of the big businesses in their area - for support, who gave them £1000 to add to their total! Charley was also able to help their money go even further by unlocking the FREE BOOKS QUOTA that all Independent Usborne Partners can offer to schools. School orders over £600 quality for an additional 60% in free books, and as the pupils at Moray Primary School raised over £2k for new books, Charley was able to gift them an additional £1200 worth of brilliant books from Usborne Publishing.
