At Rocket Healthcare, we work in partnership with healthcare services to boost service user engagement and assist with digital transformation 📱
Our goal is to increase knowledge in the community about health and wellbeing, through the creation and use of on-hand mobile health apps. We want to save our health services their valuable time and resources when it comes to creating a healthy population ⌚
We have been working with NHS Health Visitors, School Nurses and practitioners, along with parents in the community to develop an easy to access resource that parents and young people can rely on to give them the information they need to grow healthily.
The amount of information available online can be overwhelming for parents looking to bring their children up in a healthy way, which is why it is important for trusted and up-to-date information to be easily accessible, without unnecessary barriers.
Some of the features we have developed are:
- STAT RESULTS from the app, for health professionals to use in board meetings
- PUSH NOTIFICATIONS, now with the ability to schedule and send to groups
- HEALTH CHAT for quick contact to and from the community
- INTERACTIVE FEATURES to engage the community and encourage healthy outcomes
- FEEDBACK SURVEYS to gather opinions from the public
