The Armed Forces Programme is developing and refining it's AI search tool to identify HM Armed Forces patients accessing our Trust's clinical pathways. (As launched at the KHP Improving Care for the Armed Forces community conference in June 24) Until then, we rely on our Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust & Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals staff to ask the question, record on Epic and refer to the AF team for an additional offer of bespoke advice and support, for both patient and their immediate family. #armedforcescovenant #armedforcescommunity #veteranaware

Calling all transitioning Armed Forces with a keen interest in photography. This may be of interest. And we can absolutely state that Lucy is a lovely engaging person to work with.
*Recruiting Service Leavers for PhD Research* My PhD research involves taking photographs overtime and discussing them pre/during and post your discharge from the UK Armed Forces. I would love to hear and discuss your approach to your transition/resettlement. Do you enjoy taking photographs which reflect your everyday as prompts for your reflection? Are you leaving the UK Armed Forces, as a Reservist or Regular and aged 18 ? Then please do contact me about my PhD research *[email protected]* My photograph here shows a ladybird visiting whilst I was reading about creativity in research, in a rare moment of calm. These photographs are discussion points. #MilitaryTransiton #MilitaryCommunity #armedforcescommunity #Resettlement Career Transition Partnership Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Armed Forces Programme
