A wonderful way to celebrate a busy & productive year with our fantastic team!

It was absolutely wonderful to get together the full Ferring UK and Ireland team this week in Edinburgh to celebrate the the team and all the work they have done to live a performance mindset while keeping our great people centric culture. We reflected on 2023, celebrated the great achievements and also looked at our goals for 2024. I'm so energized by the commitment I felt and proud of the team. Let's continue the journey and use our agility and creativity to succeed on our goals!

Here at Ferring. we are passionate about supporting patients and the patient organisations that support them. This week is National Fertility Week and today the team organised a Fertili-tea Bake Sale in the office to raise much needed funds for Fertility Network UK. Our team are never one to shy away from giving back - and eating cake(!) - and were delighted to dig deep. A lovely fun event for all involved with a serious message about the challenges faced by so many people on their fertility journey. UK-RMMH-2300016

We’re honoured to be included in Fortune’s Change the World list, in recognition of our #ProjectFamily #SafeBirthCommitment, to reduce maternal mortality in low and lower-middle income countries. Fortune’s Change the World list recognises companies that address society’s unmet needs. Postpartum haemorrhage (PPH) remains the leading cause of maternal mortality, accounting for over 20% of maternal deaths globally. Over 90% of these deaths happen in low and lower-middle income countries. Yet death from PPH is largely preventable.   Ferring’s #ProjectFamily Safe Birth Commitment is a not-for-profit partnership with the vision that every woman, no matter where she lives, should have access to a safe birth, including quality care and necessary treatment during pregnancy and childbirth.   Our commitment is to help protect the lives of 20 million women and their families by 2030 by reducing preventable maternal deaths from PPH.   A special thank you to our partners who makes the Project Family Safe Birth Commitment possible.
