myEnergiRaven was the first digital energy monitoring and management system developed in Denmark. Created with the ambition to improve the energy efficiency and lower the cost of energy for commercial and multi residential property owners. Developed in Denmark over the last 20 years, myEnergiRaven is globally helping over 8,000 commercial and multi residential buildings cut their energy use. Customers range from local authorities to banks and retail outlets, servicing global companies such as Grundfos, Carlsberg, and Jyske Bank, as well as the University of Copenhagen.
About us
EnergiRaven’s purpose is to help commercial and multi-residential property owners with complex portfolios cut energy waste and achieve their Net Zero targets. Our platform, therefore, is designed to help understand, plan, and navigate the optimum route to Net Zero. EnergiRaven achieves this through energy education, energy monitoring and accounting tools and energy performance reporting.

Why are industrial clusters important for the green transition and what does it have to do with Energi Havens? Industrial clustering reduces the need for grid investments by locating renewable energy production close to the industries that need the energy most. These companies can then take the power directly and use it in their production. At the same time, electricity can be converted into heat (water/steam) that can be used in industrial production, and surplus heat from these business' can be circulated in an internal "district heating network" within the industrial park or distributed more widely via a Heat Transmission Highway to homes in the surrounding region. #HeatHighways #HeatTransmissionHighways #GreenHeat #StreetbyStreet #heatnetworks #communalheating #communalheatnetworks #districtheating #districtheatnetworks #wasteheat #excessheat #surplusheat #renewableheat #energywaste #fuelpoverty #greenenergihaven #greenenergy #energihaven

Net Zero requires a holistic waste not, want not approach! Our old industrial sites could be the key to unlocking a new green industrial revolution. These repurposed industrial sites can support green industrial clustering, utilizing green electricity to produce hydrogen and support symbiotic industries such as e-fuels, green plastics, carbon-neutral fertilizers, vertical farming, and renewable industrial processing. Excess heat generated at these hubs can be harvested via regional Heat Transmission Highways, delivering clean and affordable heat to local homes and businesses. By coupling power production, industry, and heat utilities, we can create new green jobs and skills while keeping money within local economies. Community wealth, an end to fuel poverty and an answer to Net Zero all in one! Heat Networks are the recognised and preferred option for decarbonising high density populated areas such as our villages, towns and cities. Over individual heat pumps they offer: Lower installation costs Cheaper heat Less noise Less space requirements Read our latest Raven View that highlights a new study that has found that District Heating Networks are 30% cheaper to install than individual heat pumps in urban areas. https://lnkd.in/e6Jai_4W

Last week we attended the DBDH & The Trade Council's Heat Network Conference. One of the presentations that blew us away was by Jesper Møller Larsen the Managing Director of Verdo. The professionalism, organisation and forward thinking that this company represents is really inspiring. We've written a short introduction to the company in our latest Raven View https://lnkd.in/gfvPX6sK We would encourage all local authorities thinking about setting up large scale district heat networks to go in and study their annual report. Thank you to Morten Jordt Duedahl for being a perfect conferencier.

With Labour pledging to get Britain building again and with a target of 1.5 million new homes, we can only encourage the government to resist pleas to weaken green standards. And that also means avoiding direct electric heating in new homes! Read our Raven-i "Future Proofing Heat in Northern Cities" to find out why. #HeatHighways #HeatTransmissionHighways #GreenHeat #StreetbyStreet #heatnetworks #communalheating #communalheatnetworks #districtheating #districtheatnetworks #wasteheat #excessheat #surplusheat #renewableheat #energywaste #fuelpoverty

With water bills expected to rise by an average of 21% over the next 5 years, its understandable that there is a lot of anger from consumers. Climate change has brought on unpredictable weather patterns, more rain, and this in addition to excessive and unsanctioned sewage spills and poor financial management - its clear that more money is needed to rectify these issues. However, our sewage & wastewater treatment works could unlock extra funding through the sale of waste heat produced as a by-product. This renewable source of clean low-cost heat could be transported via heat transmission highways to our homes, businesses and local industries. Watch our video to find out more. #HeatHighways #HeatTransmissionHighways #GreenHeat #StreetbyStreet #heatnetworks #communalheating #communalheatnetworks #districtheating #districtheatnetworks #wasteheat #excessheat #surplusheat #renewableheat #energywaste #fuelpoverty #heatutilities #heatutility

What does District Heat-as-a-Service (DHaaS) mean in Denmark and how is it helping the green transition away from polluting gas boilers to clean heat networks. According to Næstved, one of Denmark’s leading district heating companies, around 99% of its new customers now connect via the DHaaS model. #HeatHighways #HeatTransmissionHighways #GreenHeat #StreetbyStreet #heatnetworks #communalheating #communalheatnetworks #districtheating #districtheatnetworks #wasteheat #excessheat #surplusheat #renewableheat #energywaste #fuelpoverty #heatutilities #heatutility

It looks like the idea of using abandoned coal mines as seasonal thermal storage batteries and a source of renewable heat is beginning to gain some mainstream traction. https://lnkd.in/egjMc-8H Read our Raven-i "How Harnessing the Power of Abandoned Coal Mines Can Future Proof UK Heating for Good" here: https://lnkd.in/etw_nNaw We also made a video about this with leading infrastructure specialists COWI which can be viewed here: https://lnkd.in/ejRfq-ss
Can UK’s abandoned mines be used to build a greener future?
