It's been 20 years since launch of our Campaign for Real Beauty and our work is not done yet. From our biggest ever study of beauty around the world, we know that women and girls still feel huge pressure to be a certain type of beautiful. And that one of the biggest threats to the representation of real beauty is #AI, which is predicted to be 90% of the content online by 2025. AI-generated content is perpetuating unrealistic beauty standards and lacks representation; even when women and girls know the images they see are fake or AI-generated, still 1 in 3 feel pressure to alter their appearance.   The work that Dove began 20 years ago is more important than ever. That’s why today, we are renewing our vows to Real Beauty and committing to never using AI to create or distort women's images in our ads. And we are taking action to equip people, creators, and brands using AI to make the most of it when exploring and generating Real Beauty with our #RealBeautyPromptPlaybook: a free tool to create visual content that widens the representation of beauty on the most popular GenAI tools. While Dove and creators cannot change the pre-existing biases of the data AI uses to generate images, we can help to change the generated images outcome through the power of the prompt. Let’s #KeepBeautyReal. Even in AI. 💙 Learn more at Dove.com/KeepBeautyReal #Dove #LetsChangeBeauty *Artificial Intelligence has been used in this advertising/film for the sole purpose of showing beauty bias in generative AI tools.

20 years ago, Dove launched a movement. We made a commitment to show what beauty looks like when it’s untouched, unfiltered, and real. Today, we marked this milestone by ringing the Opening Bell at NYSE. We’re ringing these bells in celebration of every team member, partner, and brand ambassador who has joined our journey to help people build a positive relationship with beauty. Thank you to all who have touched Dove's work over the past 20 years and beyond to help change beauty. #Dove #LetsChangeBeauty #UniquelyUnilever

Did you know that 45% of girls are quitting sports? And low body confidence is the #1 reason 💔 We want to change that. As the next step in our commitment to building young people’s self-esteem, we’ve teamed up with Nike to launch Body Confident Sport – a first-of-its-kind online tool designed for coaches, to help them build body confidence in the girls on their team. When girls reach adolescence, their bodies change. In a sports environment, this can leave them feeling exposed and vulnerable to judgment – not just for what their bodies can and can’t do, but for how they look too. Body Confident Sport is designed to and boost body-confidence through a global network of organizations in schools and sports clubs. We’re working with tennis champion and entrepreneur Venus Williams, alongside young athletes, sports coaches and academic experts to spread the word about the tool and help keep girls in sports 💙 Together, we can make sports a better place for the next generation of girls. Want to find out more? Visit Dove.com/ConfidentSports to explore the tool and share with coaches 🎾 #Dove #Nike #KeepHerConfident #BodyConfidentSport #GirlsInSports #DoveSelfEsteemProject #LetsChangeBeauty

My hair is my crown 👑, and the shorter it is, the more I love it. I've had a perm, short Nia long style pixie, mini afro, locs (sometimes miss those) and now I'm rocking the blond caesar. 🤗 My hair represents freedom, boldness and confidence 💪🏾. And as an entrepreneur, I'm clear that I have the privilege to do with it as I wish. 80% of Black women feel pressured to change their hair for work. 😔 It's why I love the work that Dove is doing with The CROWN Act to ensure that Black people are not being punished for our choice of hair, in our professional lives 😤. Fighting to make policy that what we choose to do with our scalps does not determine our job security is significant work. Our hair isn't WHO we are but it helps us represent who we are, and that authenticity belongs in every room we're in. Shoutout to Essence for featuring my hair journey. ❓️❓️❓️When you started following my work: what hair did I have? It lets me know the time period. 😁 #BaldBaddies #CROWNProud #Sponsored
