Our regional leader for Europe, Des McMenamin, attended the #UKInvestment Summit yesterday, and it was a truly impactful event. With insightful speeches, networking opportunities, and breakout sessions with key business leaders and government representatives, there were numerous opportunities to discuss investment in the UK. ‘It was encouraging to hear a strong focus on accelerating innovation and positioning the UK as a science and technology leader. The launch of the new Industrial Strategy green paper and the creation of an industrial strategy advisory council - which will help shape and deliver the plan for the UK, was another highlight. ‘I was grateful to have many valuable conversations with industry leaders and government representatives.
